Get to know Diane Sanfilippo, MD

Dr. Sanfilippo strives to positively impact the lives of other Western New York women by providing compassionate care, built through the development of lifelong relationships with her patients. Her greatest joy comes from delivering babies, but her professional interests include educating women of all ages to make good choices about their reproductive health and helping women transition through the various stages of their lives. Dr. Sanfilippo is an experienced GYN surgeon with special focus on laparoscopic and vaginal surgery.

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Sanfilippo has been providing compassionate care to women in Western New York for over 25 years. Dr. Sanfilippo graduated with honors from the University of Rochester and went on to graduate medical school and complete her residency at the University at Buffalo. She was a partner for 13 years in a large group practice from 1997-2010 and the owner/sole proprietor of her own practice from 2010-2022.

Dr. Sanfilippo is dedicated to providing women with individually tailored care that includes building lifelong relationships with her patients to support their best health through every stage of life. She is proud to have delivered over 2,000 babies throughout the course of her career.
