Background
Michelle Fax is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over seven years of experience in outpatient orthopaedic care. She works with patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and helping individuals restore strength, mobility, and confidence.
Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo in 2011 before returning to school to complete her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2018. Since then, she has focused her career on delivering individualized, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
She is passionate about helping patients progress through their recovery and return to the activities that matter most to them through evidence-based, patient-centered treatment.
