Frequently Asked Questions

Seeking healthcare often comes with a lot of questions! We’re here to help you feel at ease. These are some of the questions our service team gets asked most often, but we encourage you to call your provider’s office or use our patient portal with any specific questions about your appointment or condition.

You can request an appointment via our online Request an Appointment form, call any of our office locations directly, or ask your primary care provider to refer you. We’ll coordinate with you to find a time that works and connect you with the right specialist when needed.

At Trinity Medical, all specialists work within a unified network, allowing your primary care provider and referral physicians to collaborate on your care. Your health record, test results, referrals, and treatment plans are shared securely across our system—so your care feels streamlined and connected.

For urgent needs outside of office hours, we encourage you to contact your primary care provider’s office for instructions or go to the nearest emergency department. Our network is tied to Catholic Health’s hospital system, so you’ll have access to emergency and hospital-based care when needed.

We believe access to quality care matters. If you don’t have insurance, contact our billing office or patient financial services team. We can help you explore payment plans, sliding scale options, or financial assistance programs to make care more affordable.

Yes. All Trinity Medical physicians are affiliated with Catholic Health hospitals, which ensures continuity of care—for diagnostic tests, inpatient services, surgeries, or hospital stays.
