Get to know Laura McGlynn
Background
Dr. Laura McGlynn graduated from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Dr. McGlynn specializes in managing high-risk pregnancies, vaginal birth after cesareans, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding and menopause. In addition to offering diagnostic services, Dr. McGlynn is skilled in gynecologic surgery including laparoscopy and robotic-assisted surgery through the DaVinci system. She also offers procedures including hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, and endometrial ablation. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and is certified in electronic fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation.

I believe that each woman has unique needs and deserves professional, compassionate care and attention. I enjoy bonding with my patients and building lasting relationships, so they know they can count on me to help them when making very important health decisions. Each woman’s needs will vary throughout their life, and I am here to help my patients understand these changes while inspiring confidence and making them feel comfortable. From routine exams to high-risk pregnancy care, I will always offer each patient the same level of expert guidance and support.
