Background
Laura is a Physical Therapist Assistant experienced in helping athletes recover from injury and safely return to training and competition. As a child, Laura was trained in ballet under artists affiliated with Juilliard and Brown University. She later began competing through coaching artistic gymnastics, where she developed expertise in biomechanics, balanced strength training, and corrective movement.
Inspired by her passion for helping others perform at their best, Laura went on to graduate with her physical therapist assistant degree from Bryant & Stratton College. She then joined Jericho Road Community Health Center, where she gained experience working with patients dealing with chronic pain, and Kenmore Mercy Hospital’s MRU, where she helped stroke patients regain mobility.
Now part of Trinity Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, Laura combines her clinical knowledge and extensive background in dance and gymnastics to treat individuals with musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain. Today, she continues to coach gymnasts of all skill levels while providing individualized, evidence-based care to dancers, gymnasts, and other active individuals seeking to return to the activities they love.
