Background

Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, Dr. Syed Haseeb attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Netherlands, Antilles. He went on to complete his residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and fellowship training at Rutger’s Health – Newark Beth Israel Medical Center within the Cardiac Transplant and Advanced Heart Failure Center for Excellence. Dr. Haseeb treats a wide range of cardiac conditions including coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy and heart failure, arrhythmia, strokes, peripheral artery disease, thromboembolic disease, and aortic disease. Dr. Haseeb speaks 5 languages with native fluency in both English and Urdu. He is certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. Dr. Haseeb’s medical research keeps him up-to-date on the latest professional guidelines and procedures.
